What Is Pasteurization?

It’s a process that kills harmful pathogens by heating the milk to a specific temperature for a set period of time and is then immediately cooled to kill the bacteria. Named after a famous scientist Lois Pasture, “Pasteurization does not reduce milks nutritional value”. It kills all the harmful organism responsible for disease like Listeriosis, Typhoid fever, Tuberculosis, Diphtheria and Brucellosis in cattle.

We GR Farms aim to produce and package Pasteurized GRAS Milk for you that does not need to be boiled and is ready to use when delivered.
